Official Marathon Training started! I thought I’d use this page to mark my weekly progress in this 23 week period before the marathon.

OFFICIAL TRAINING RESULTS
Week 1 – total milage: 17.97, total time: 2 hours and 47mins (9.29 average min/per mile)
Week 2 – total milage: 18.47, total time: 2 hours and 45mins (8.93 average min/per mile)
Week 3 – total milage: 10.72, total time: 1 hour and 41mins (9.42 average min/per mile)
Week 4 – total milage: 21.98, total time: 3 hours and 31mins (9.59 average min/per mile)
Week 5 – total milage: 15.6, total time: 2 hours and 36mins (10.01 average min/per mile)
